Sub-processors

What this page is
A sub-processor is a third party that Quoven engages to process personal data on its behalf. The list below shows every sub-processor we use today, what it does, where it is incorporated, and where it processes the data. Where a provider offers one, we put in place a written data processing agreement that meets the requirements of GDPR art. 28 and the equivalent Swiss FADP provisions.

Polar — independent controller, not a sub-processor
Polar Software, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for Quoven’s paid plans. Polar collects billing and payment information from you at checkout, issues invoices, handles VAT and sales tax, and processes refunds. For that data, Polar is acting as an independent data controller and not as a Quoven sub-processor. Polar’s privacy notice is at polar.sh/legal/privacy-policy.
